    Job Description

    • Analyze and document user requirements and business processes in functional requirement specifications
    • Manage changes to the requirement scope
    • Assist in creating workflow/logic flow for business activities
    • Prepare high-level technical documentation, e.g. logical architecture diagram
    • Provide support to Confluence, e.g. administration, operation, pages management and maintenance
    • Participate in Web/App development, analysis and design
    • Translate business requirements into use cases / user stories
    • Prepare product backlog, manage Epics / Stories
    • Join sprint planning and backlog refinement meeting to clarify requirements to the technical team
    • Work closely with our engineering team in India, business team in Malaysia and stakeholders in Hong Kong
    • Communicate with Engineers in India for requirement alignment
    • Work with QA team to ensure the behavior and apply BDD if necessary

      Requirements

      • 5 years or above project management experience
      • Practical project & OTT knowledge
      • Regional experience is desired
      • Fluent communication in Malay, Mandarin and English is essential
