Act as branch & event coordinator and back-up to certain administrative tasks
Arrange conferences, meetings and travel reservations, etc.
Setup/Coordinate monthly branch Managers and sales team meeting
Take up the offloading admin tasks from Branches such as new hired on boarding system IDs setup/access cards application/arranging stationary ordering, etc.
Handle all sort of administrative projects for both branch and non-branch
Coordinate and maintain the daily schedules of the meeting and event log
Back up Secretarial support to Sales Management Team
Conduct all other duties as directed by Sales Management Team
Support all related COVID administrative tasks
Requirements
Diploma or above with 1-2 years' relevant experience
