    Job Description

    • Understand the process flow to onboard each Special Segregated Account (SPSA) for institutional client within deadline
    • Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders (Sales & Trading / Investment Manager / Custodian / Account Control / Legal) regarding the sub accounts onboard using SPSA model to trade
    • Answer the queries from internal stakeholders regarding the subject matters
    • Liaise with Local Custodian / HKEX for the SPSA ID application
    • Ensure all internal mapping and account / slang linkage is updated before the live date
    • Liaise with internal legal department of any special terms change request from client on the risk disclosure letter
    • Provide updates to sales management team regarding the latest SPSA account status

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Banking and Finance, Business or related discipline
    • With basic knowledge and interest in financial industry
    • With 1-2 years' working experience in financial industry an advantage
    • Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
    • Positive and proactive attitude
    • Strong communication and problem solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
