Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facility documentation for client execution
Maintain accurate documentation and security records and controls to ensure timely follow up and refreshment of required documentation
Prepare documentation and security information for necessary reporting, support internal and external audits as well as contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
Provide administrative support to the team
Perform ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements
Degree holder with minimum 1 year's relevant documentation and administration team experience
Working knowledge of industry practices and standards, relevant to legal documentation in particular
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with various business functions
Ability to work under pressure and work independently
A good team player
Willing to learn and able to manage tasks under pressure and tight deadlines
Attentive to details and strong sense of responsibility
