    Job Description

    • Maintain tidy collateral information in the Bank's Collateral Module
    • Maintain tidy record of guarantor database
    • Government guarantee fee monitoring process
    • Prepare periodic monitoring reports and do necessary follow up with relevant parties
    • Develop new joiners to take up collateral monitoring related tasks
    • Assist in system enhancements and perform ad-hoc projects assigned
    • Provide administrative support to the team
    • Act as a back-up for team members

    Requirements

    • Tertiary education/university degree with minimum 1 year's experience in credit department or operation within a bank
    • With basic knowledge of commercial lending process
    • Job experiences related to collateral monitoring is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Highly numerate, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with various business functions
    • Ability to work under pressure and work independently
    • Willing to work overtime
