Job Description
Review all process and functionalities in scope to ensure gaps between global and regional processes are identified and aligned
All requirements for consolidation are reviewed with the full tech and business teams (Product owners, Developers, Business analysts, QA and PM), provide clarification on requirements
Coordinate answering questions and concerns that might come from governance parties from countries
Ensure all country-level approvals are documented and in place
Complete data mapping for data migration and provide clarifications on how certain fields are being used
Analyze current User Hierarchy structure and identify differences to is in system currently
Coordinate the implementation and review of the final hierarchy to ensure its accuracy
Data clean up
Support overall UAT coordination
Training and communication enforcers
Provide support to global team strategy for training to be delivered in the regions
Deliver training to regional users for each rollout
Identify country trainers and monitor participation from the country trainings
Identify additional training materials/channels required
Communicate with regional stakeholders on timelines, expectation from the countries and maintain regions engaged and prepared for the migration
Define support strategy for post implementation support and define KPIs to track post implementation successes
Consolidate regions key challenges/concerns to create additional training or solution
Act as the point of escalation for any issues coming from the region
Requirements
Degree holder with 5 years' project management experience
Experience in managing CRM system preferable
Strong project management skill and communication skills
