Provides account maintenance services to Commercial Banking Customers
Single point of contacts for multiple requests, including signature updates, company name or address change request, e-banking maintenance requests.
Takes ownership of the end-to-end documentation process from providing documentation guidance to customers, document submission to ops and monitor the documentation completed within the service turnaround times.
Provide e-banking support including documentation, user training, investigation, and technical support. Key responsibilities include:
E-banking documentation checking
System User Training
Technical support for onboard electronic banking services like file import
General E-banking inquiries including cash payment transactions and investigation.
Requirements
Requirements:
University Graduate
1-2 years' banking experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered
Basic understanding of corporate banking customers
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
