  • Job Description

    Responsibilities:  

    • Manage and update files and records systematically to ensure the accessibility
    • To sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (e.g. envelopes, packages, etc.)
    • Answer the phone and record messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
    • Handle daily paper work (e.g. word processing, spreadsheet creation, photocopying, etc.)
    • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
    • Take minutes and dictation during the meetings
    • Assist in office management and organization procedures
    • Monitor stocks of office supplies (e.g. paper clips, stationery, etc.)
    • Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events
    • Handle outdoor delivery tasks
    • Perform other office duties as assigned


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Higher Diploma / Degree holder is preferred
    • Detail-minded and proactive
    • Fluent in English & Chinese
    • Good Knowledge of MS office
    • Familiar with office procedures
    • Good communication and organization skills
