Job Description
Handle customer inquries, request and complaints
Handle customer requests on dispute transaction, re-issue of statement, sales slip or other information retrieval
Maintain and update customer information upon request
Assist Marketing department in telemarketing of credit card product
Requirements
Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
2-3 years' relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry, preferable in credit card products
Shift duty is required
Dynamic, strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
