    Job Description


    • Manage the daily operations of all teams 
    • Energize and strengthen company culture in the HK office from top to bottom. Provide leadership and support to all teams to achieve strategic goals
    • Develop, implement or iterate policies and procedures to improve the operational efficiency
    • Design feedback loops with operations, business and marketing teams to monitor and continuously improve service quality and carry out improvements
    • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of various service products and work with different teams to improve client acquisition
    • Build and launch various campaigns with marketing team and external parties to strengthen brand positioning and capture attention
    • Oversee hiring, staff training and development, ensuring that all teams receive sufficient resources, and all employees receive appropriate training and support
    • Participate in executive suite discussions of regional budgeting, planning and strategy

    Requirements


    • 5+ years of management experience in similar position
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and slides
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
