Creating, administering, and implementing winning business development strategies that the company should purse.
Identifying, evaluating, and conducting follow-up on sales leads to closing the deal.
Developing and nurturing relationships with various key strategic individuals like local leaders, key industry players, and strategic suppliers and financial organizations.
To oversee and implement the full sales cycle which involves market research, market analysis, pitching to various prospects, and client retention.
Manage and motivate team members in achieving the goals set by the company.
Work closely with other departments in reviewing, enhancing and improving service standards and operation efficiency in order to enrich client experience
Requirements
Senior Management experience for at least 10 years
Personal professional network in Mainland China to act as key person to develop our business
Able to work independently in a remote market and achieve result in highly stressful environment;
Ability in new business development and corporate strategic planning
Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
