    • Job Description

    • Creating, administering, and implementing winning business development strategies that the company should purse.
    • Identifying, evaluating, and conducting follow-up on sales leads to closing the deal.
    • Developing and nurturing relationships with various key strategic individuals like local leaders, key industry players, and strategic suppliers and   financial organizations.
    • To oversee and implement the full sales cycle which involves market research, market analysis, pitching to various prospects, and client retention.
    •  Manage and motivate team members in achieving the goals set by the company.
    •  Work closely with other departments in reviewing, enhancing and improving service standards and operation efficiency in order to enrich client experience

    Requirements

    • Senior Management experience for at least 10 years
    • Personal professional network in Mainland China to act as key person to develop our business
    • Able to work independently in a remote market and achieve result in highly stressful environment;
    • Ability in new business development and corporate strategic planning
    • Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
    • Native Mandarin speaker
