Identifying, assessing, and quantifying potential risks that the organization faces, including operational, financial, legal, regulatory, strategic, and reputational risks. This involves developing and implementing risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
Formulating and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management strategy and policies to mitigate identified risks effectively. This includes establishing risk tolerance levels, developing risk mitigation plans, and ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
Continuously monitoring and analyzing risk exposures, tracking key risk indicators, and reporting on risk management activities and risk profiles to senior management and relevant stakeholders, such as the board of directors and regulatory bodies.
Oversee the commercial aspects both in Hong Kong and China market.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder in Business, Laws, Finance, or related disciplines
At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in financial companies and preferably with experiences in China’s market
Good analytical and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
